At FirePits.Store, we take great care to ensure that our products are packaged securely and arrive in excellent condition. However, we understand that sometimes accidents happen during transit, and a product may arrive with visible damage. In such cases, we have established the following policy to help you receive the assistance you need. If you receive a shipment with any sort of visible damage, we request that you take photographs of the damage before unpacking the product. These photographs should be sent to our customer service team at info@firepits.store as soon as possible. Please include your order number and a description of the damage in your email. We will review your photographs and determine the best course of action to resolve the issue. This may include arranging for a replacement product or issuing a refund for the damaged product. Please note that we may request additional information or photographs in order to process your claim. If you choose to accept a replacement product, we will arrange for the damaged product to be picked up by the shipping carrier at our expense. However, we may require that the original packaging be retained for inspection purposes. We ask that you report any visible damage to your shipment as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to report visible damage within this timeframe may limit our ability to resolve the issue.

Product Return & Cancellation Policy |
At FirePits.Store, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and customer service. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return a product. In such cases, we have established the following return and cancellation policy to ensure a fair and consistent process for all our customers. If for any reason you wish to return a product, you must do so within 2 days of receiving your order. Please note that we do not accept returns on products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery. Additionally, all returned products must be in their original packaging and include any accessories or documentation that was included with the product. When returning a product, customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with the return. Furthermore, we require that a restocking fee of 25% of the product's original price be paid by the customer at the time of return. This fee helps cover the costs associated with inspecting, testing, and restocking the returned product. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the above criteria or that we deem to be fraudulent or abusive.
