Do You Have A Showroom?
Unfortunately, we do not have a physical location at this point in time. We are able to provide material samples for some products - not all. Feel free to inquire and we will assist however we can.
Do You Offer Free Shipping?
We offer Free Shipping on all orders above $100. For large orders using LTL Freight we offer Free Dock Delivery or Free Curbside Delivery
What Types of Fire Pits Do You Offer?
We offer several brands of Fire Pits in Concrete, Metal Powder Coated, Stainless Steel, Corten Steel or Copper.
Do You Perform Installations?
We do not perform installations. We recommend product installations be performed by your local certified professional plumber / contractor / electrician.
What Is The Status Of My Order?
You may contact us in order to receive a status update. Depending on the order, lead times may vary. Lead times are approximate and not always exact, however we do our best to ensure orders remain within the noted lead times
Do You Deliver To A Backyard?
Large orders typically deliver via LTL Freight. For Commercial locations we can deliver to a loading dock, or for residential locations we deliver via Curbside Delivery. Moving a delivery inside a property is an additional service - White Glove Delivery. This service is not always available, and we may offer this on a case-by-case basis.
Do You Make Custom Fire Pits or Fire Features?
In short, yes we work with our manufacturers to create a customized feature for your project. We require information in order to begin these projects. Feel free to inquire further and we will assist you in your custom project!
Can I Put Marshmallows / Cook On My Fire Pit?
No. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, a Fire Pit should not be used to cook food. We do sell Grills if that is something you are interested in.

I Am Looking For A Replacement Part, Can You Help Me?
To assist regarding replacement parts we need to know the following information:
- Product Name
- Model Number / Serial Number
- Brand Name
If it is a product that we carry, we may assist you. If it is not a product that we handle, unfortunately we will not be able to assist in getting a replacement part.
