Laylo Lounger with 4" Riser

Laylo is the best lounger standard width lounger for the tanning ledge (aka. sun shelf).

This seating profile comfortably fits the entire family from kids to adults. This is the same ergonomic seat profile and contouring as the Tenjam Shayz Lounger, simply removing the armrests from the design.
• Laylo is #1 in Ease of Use: the open drain hole design throughout the base of Laylo allows for easy placement into the pool and quick and easy draining of the water in the lounger core for easy removal from the pool. If you have a safety cover or auto-cover, you’ll appreciate this. If you are a resort manager, you’ll appreciate the easy pool resets.
• Laylo is #1 in water depth variation: optional snap-in risers and optional pool weights can be purchased and easily added so Laylo can work in pool depths up to 18″. In March 2025 an 8″ riser set will be available for pool depth up to 22″ (with weights added).

You’ll notice Laylo is a 2-piece lounger. We include our patent-pending fasteners that we perfected with our Woosah Chair. We use three of these robust fasteners to connect the Laylo backrest to the Laylo leg rest. It will take less than 3 minutes to assemble, and no tools are needed. With this assembly system we have zero metal parts and no worries about corrosion & rust <–beware of metal components on some competitors’ in-pool products.

Optional 4″ Risers can be purchased when ordering Laylo and this allows Laylo to work in deeper water. See water depth information below. 8″ risers will be available in March for water depths up to 22″.

Optional coated lead weights can be purchased and easily added to the backrest and leg rest portions of Laylo to work in deeper water. See water depth information below. The ability to insert weight into Laylo allows Laylo to be the first in-pool lounger available that allows for full submersion of the leg rest on a in-pool lounger. If you have water depth between 12″ to 18″ you could add weight into Laylo so the leg rest is fully submerged.

• 12” Water Depth: no additional weight needed, water filled core only.
• 13” Water Depth: one 4lb weight inserted into leg rest.
• 14”, 15″, & 16″ Water Depth: two 4lb weights must be inserted in leg rest.
• 17″ Water Depth: one 4lb weight inserted in backrest during assembly and two 4lb weights inserted into the leg rest to reduce lounger flotation. The leg rest is fully submerged.
• 18” Water Depth: at water depths greater than 17”, smaller & lighter people may feel they are floating above the lounger seating surface. You may need to experiment with adding weight to the backrest and leg rest portions of the lounger to reduce floating. In our testing at water depths greater than 17” it required one 4lb weight in the backrest portion of the lounger and three 4 lbs weights in the leg rest portion of the lounger to reduce lounger floatation.

Safe to use in all pool types:

Storing and Moving my SPLASH Series Laylo In-Pool Lounger:

The Tenjam SPLASH Series Laylo In-Pool Lounger weighs a mere 31lbs when empty (36lbs with 4″ Risers), ensuring effortless mobility. To enhance the convenience of transportation, Tenjam has incorporated a strategically positioned pass-through handle at the top of the headrest, along with recessed finger grip located on each side of the lounger at the midway point (near the side fastener area). These features allow for easy gripping, making it easy for one person to carry the lounger.

When it comes to storage, the Tenjam SPLASH Series Laylo In-Pool Lounger can be stored completely assembled or disassembled for easier storage in tight spaces. The open air holes throughout the base of Laylo allows the core of the lounger to completely dry when removed from the pool.

Surface Heat Warning: Polyethylene material does get hot in the sun. Just like plastic coolers, plastic stadium seats, and other waterproof plastic products. Darker colors generally feel hotter to the touch than lighter colors when exposed to direct sun. It maybe necessary to splash the products with pool water to bring the seating surface temperature down to a comfortable level prior to use.
